"Fritay" Restaurant is a Haitian fast food dedicated to keep Haitians around the world in touch with their grassroot food and allow non-haitians to get to know the Haitian culture. It's all begun on October 13th, 2008 when Fritay opened up it first restaurant in Miami Florida.
